Lawn Fertilization Programs
We offer 4 fertilization programs tailored to suit your needs and budget that provide the foundation for a healthy, beautiful lawn.
Premium Program 7 applications
Supplies the nutrients your lawn needs, activates microbes, manages grubs with a reduced risk insecticide, controls surface insects, and controls perennial and annual weeds.
This program also builds your soil with the addition of a bio char soil amendment.
BioChar adds carbon to the soil which stimulates root growth, improves greening, optimizes soil pH, increases nutrient uptake and efficiency, and reduces water requirements.

Aeration and Seeding
Is an integral component of lawn care, as it allows nutrients and water better infiltration to the root zone, reduces compaction and thatch, and provides an excellent seed bed for introducing new plants into your turf community.
We utilize reciprocating aerators to provide high density and deep soil core removal followed by the addition of premium grass seed suited to your site conditions. This task is best performed from August 15-October 15.
Spring seeding is not preferred.
